| The competition is open to architecture practices and architecture
students. Everyone is welcome to come and watch!
The architect-designed sandcastles at Sandbanks will be judged by RIBA committee member Roger Zogolovitch, Course Leader at the Arts Institute Bournemouth Simon Beeson; and other well-known judges. Building starts at noon and the awards will be announced at around 4pm.
Categories for judging:
• Best overall sandcastle
• Tallest sandcastle
• Most technically daring sandcastle.
